| 5233: World War II Memorial Gates Rededication Ceremony (27/06/2008) | |
| The gates at the front entrance of the school known as the WW II Memorial Gates were originally paid for from public subscription by OB’s in memory of the Fallen of the Second World War and were dedicated in September 1951.
After over 50 years the ravages of time and pollution have taken their toll and this summer these gates are being refurbished and restored and the OBA is financially supporting the project.
At the end of the restoration, it is planned to hold a ceremony of rededication at the school, and the school would like to take this opportunity to invite any OB and their relatives to the ceremony. We would also like to invite relatives of OB’s who did not return from active service to the dedication ceremony |

| 5220: Under 13 Cricket circa 1962/63 (13/03/2008) | |
| I think this is an Under 13 cricket team in about 1962 or 1963. Some of the names I remember include Dave Tyler (front, 2nd left) Allan Wooldridge (back, 2nd right), Paul Butcher (front, right), Paul (??) Mynott - captain (front, centre). I think the master was one of the Latin teachers. I am standing at left in back row. The picture was taken on the lower assy, with the war memorial and quadrangle behind. |
